As title says. Usually the scan results are 200 to 300 strong stocks then I hand pick base and breakout pattern. But nowadays the scan can only find 40 stocks, so very hard to find candidates, yeah, despite the market has been up a lot since the Aug lows which probably means the up is mainly because of a few heavy weighted stocks in stead of a broad based rally therefore it's suspicious.
