Lance Roberts has once again reposted "Bob Farrell's 10 Rules Illustrated". https://realinvestmentadvice.com/bob-fa ... ent-rules/

If you don't know Farrel's rules you really should take 10 minutes and read them, they should be framed and on the wall by every trading desk. Roberts adds a ton of charts to show the unbelievers that this really happens. By the way while Roberts thinks this market is ready to drop he has been a strong advocate of staying in with protection, so count him as another fully invested bear.

Looking at Friday and Monday there was a lot of congestion just above the range we are currently in. Makes me think trapped longs waiting for a chance. Anyway don't they need to retest 2100 level or is there a different point where a central bank ignition algo will come in like last fall with the "Bullard Low".

Yesterday, we got a bunch of dovish Fed talk.
Today, T-Bill rates are at seven year highs and trending up.
Treasuries obviously didn't tune in or just tuned out.
Can't say I would blame them either way.

If rates keep climbing, I don't think equities will like it.
This is a weekly chart. So, let's see where the week closes.
May be time to keep an eye on the dollar too in the weeks ahead, though it has been mushy lately.
