More upside to oil, the market won't come down much with oil up trending...

Surprise surprise surprise, 5 consecutive gap down opening, I don't rememeber this happening for a long long time. Change of character? Well, let's see. Judging by the gap, it's almost out of yesterday's range, so the gap may not get filled and today could be a trend day - either uptrend whole day or downtrend whole day. The global ES looks like a H&S top with the neckline being tested so many times so I don't think it's going to hold, therefore chances are good this H&S top may work, targeting 1318 ES.
Cobra,

Hutong9 has a nice feature which let us select to watch just a certain person's post in a thread. Do you know is it available here?

great site cobra.
I mainly use wolfe wave as technical analysis. For what's worth, dollar (/dx) is on a down trend, so spx will not drop too much.
This was captured around 2.xx pm yesterday,

and the dollar index hourly is *potentially* on a down trend, pending no more geopolitical or EU zone surprise,

Love to hear more discussions, like weekly vix and weekly option, etc.

watch USD could bounce strongly from here
hourly Stochastic at 10 while USD in trading range... you know stochastic works good in trading range

also hourly USD MACD usually bounce from 0.021 if it is not trend and in the same time AUD hit strong resistance a moment ago in the daily chart

Check the daily MACD in VIX if it closed above 16.80 today, it will close above the zero line

FYI...IF we cannot hold the 1325/1327 area and break below 1320 we could see a drop to the 1303/1305. Yesterdays bounce up was not confirmed by the mkt internals. This presents a problem. Watch this up move to 1325 it may fail.
