Bullish case needs leadership now from the banks. 10-year yield has popped up to the 2.4% region, and EUFN (european finnies) is one of the stronger ETFs of late.

Bulls say go Finnies go, and bears do not want to see a new leg higher in any of these fin'l sub-sectors.
