08/22/2011 Intraday Watering

huge gap up but within the Friday's range, so not sure if the gap will be filled or not. I don't see much clue on the Global ES, the regular hour ES though, looks like a complete of 3 leg down, so 2 leg up here?

I don't know. To follow a mechanical system, theoretically we shouldn't think. so higher high and green today, it's long.

Would we expect leg 2 up to continue all the way into the Jackson Hole meeting Friday? What level should we expect for leg 2 to finish?

normal, so far, it's rare for the SPY to move 1% above it's EMA20 on 5 min chart, so a little pullback here is normal, but such a pullback shouldn't be too large, let's see.
