Example of how ATR based stops (Chandelier in stock charts) are supposed to work. Green dash is a long stop using 2.5 times an 8 period ATR as the offset. That offset is hung from the highest high over the prior 15 bars. So prior 15 bar high less 2.5 times the prior 8 period EMA of the ATR equals stop level. This example happens to be the Chandre Knoll varient which has a bit more smoothing built into it.

NY advancing volume = 4.2 x declining volume
Nasdaq advancing stocks = 2.7 x declining stocks
Nasdaq advancing volume = 1.3 x declining volume (only this one is weak)
