yes. agree, crazy, crazier to chase. think we are finally getting to the end of the bull now. fear greed almost to the 80+ level where we get turns, soon we be there...next turn should be a good one. Something in the debt/bond world is going to be the trigger of one helluva downturn imo, corporate and municipal debt quality "less than Toilet Paper" as my GS buddy refers to it, all writing and riding it to the very end until someone stops buying it, then all will stop buying it.
