Yield curve is why Fed wants the market down. When stocks drop the yield cure gets back towards normal as money flows into the bond market.

5year and 2year are both yielding about 2.83%.

Does it really matter if one duration is a few basis points above or below? Absolute levels are so low, a bit higher or lower is fairly trivial in terms of the real economy.

Twitter feed this morning using the Can Slim site. They say the second low on a W needs to be the lower low or the pattern is less reliable. They also say the buy point is of course, the high between the two lows.
