Gap down but within yesterday's range so the gap may get filled. The global ES so far looks like a Bull Flag, as long as the pullback is not large, it can be seen as a consolidation before attempting an important resistance which is good. Let's see.

Hi Cobra, I have the impression, that you are, in general, a bit BULLish biased. I mean that you seem to be more comfortable to trade on the bull side than on the bear side. Isn't it true or just a bad observation?

Morning Cobra!
Sorry for lack of frequent posts lately. Been v v busy with work and other things.
Looks like a buy the dip scenario today!
Thank you for a fantastic report last night and I am really liking the new site! One comment I want to make is about the blog rolls on the right side. In the old site, you could see which blogs were most recently updated with titles. Now you cannot see that and have to manually click to check if the blogs have been updated. Any way to fix this ?
Thank You again

VIX 130 min: in 4 previous circumstances, VIX under the Acceleration Band resulted in a strong UP move.
An impulsive reentry inside the channel would be for me a first indication of reversal…This should happen within 2 days, in line with Cobra’s suggested timing for a top.

UPRO reflects well the moods of the market and the manipulative events of the last hour.
For swing traders, only a drop from the Regression Channel [+/-1SD] should be a serious signal to follow.

Thanks for the chart Cougar. I'm looking forward to opening a TVIX position soon.

man, I am undecided. don't know where to place my bets. if it gapped up then it's an easy shorting bet. now it's gap down so i'm screwed and don't know what to do.

im leaning extremely cautious today. I see higher risk and low rewards as a bull. The shorts may take over today

Good morning everyone.
Great site! I've been following it for a while.
I'm (obviously) new here but I thought I would add my 2 cents worth. Richard Russell (a bear) feels the market is over sold. Me personally, my broker has been driving me nuts and so I've been attempting to understand ways to attempt to understand the market, in essence become a full time student of the markets.
Below are some graphs (let me know If I'm adding too many) or if they are not of any value. I tend to follow the 1hr charts to monitor the cycles as oppose to day trading.
The P&F chart of TNA shows down. P&F for TZA shows down (confusing) but the TVIX P&F shows up. Now looking at the 1 hr MACD and Elliot waves of both TNA and TZA, it looks like a turn in the market is starting to occur.
Feel free to let me know if I'm on the right track on what I'm looking at. If there are gaping holes in what I'm looking at, as stated above, my desire is to become a full time student of the markets (but to ace nearly all exams... )
