10/31/2011 Intraday Watering

Big gap down below Friday's range so chances are the gap won't be filled. Not much damage on Global ES though, still looks pretty much a Bull Flag, so bears need push hard today.
Will bear push hard this time? I guess so, see chart below, this is the 5th time bears trying to push the price down below EMA20, so the odds are high that this time is different.

I think today is an important day, since the 6/8 MM level stopped SPX efficiently and now we should see how strong the down-correction is…

The abc count seems about done. a=1292-1277, b=1277-1287, c=1287-1266 ( c > a but c < 1.62*a=1261 ). There could be more down too since this impulse 5 wave down might not be done.

VIX close friday 24.53 was the first close below 25 since 3 Aug…. VIX is now back to ~27
