Multi time frame outside of intraday, Hourly is in Buy the dip zone, I would wait for blue elder impulse system to turn blue before making a bet on the buy side, this thing can drag on for a day or two more.

This sell the rip at 38.2% is the tell if bears still can be in control by making new LOD if not, "W" bottom here we come.

I think he said no to 50 basis point cut, as he should because that was the Feds opening move in 2000 and 2008.
If he wants to be next chair needs to go full 100 basis points!
