GOOG:
YouTube generated nearly $5 billion in ad revenue in the last three months, Google revealed today (Alphabet’s fourth quarter earnings report). This is the first time since Google bought the website in 2006 for $1.65 billion, that the company has revealed how much money YouTube-hosted ads contribute to the search giant’s bottom line.

On an annual basis, Google says YouTube generated $15 billion last year and contributed roughly 10 percent to all Google revenue. Those figures make YouTube’s ad business nearly one fifth the size of Facebook’s, and more than six times larger than all of Amazon-owned Twitch.

Up 20% while the stock has moved 50 points or so the other direction... no complaints just insane implied vol, when it moves 100 points in 20 mins then I guess that will happen.

How is the implied volatility on those puts doing?

Up 20% while the stock has moved 50 points or so the other direction... no complaints just insane implied vol, when it moves 100 points in 20 mins then I guess that will happen.

Keeping it to very small amounts though, purely fun, there is no way I would risk any real amount of money on this thing beyond crazy at this point.

Oh this market is a tease! Got the drop out of the range, now a lower high at the bottom of the range, waiting for the lower low and it goes, maybe. Or maybe on to a new high for the day. A tease for sure.

Consolidation, bias is up. Breakout with strong bull bar then it'd be an uptrend day although I doubt how far can it go today as the gap is already very large.

stockcharts trick:
My charts get so messy, I add more lines, then I forget what the lines were for, and color coding doesn’t help enough...
I DISCOVERED A NEW TRICK (new to me):
I add a note in the Parameters field of the Overlays section, and the lines still work fine.
FWIW. It helps me.

Euro time zone day traders have to be focused on closing out with a big win. Their probable selling over the next 30 minutes could encourage others, wait and see.

If that is an inverted H&S (cyan), then we just broke the neckline and the target is a new high
