ETFs of China & India are trading slightly below what I consider "fair value". So IMO, we're not looking bullish.

Seems like everybody and their dog has that target. If it were a bearish target I wouldn't beilieve it because too many would be on the same side of the trade, but since it is bullish it must be true.
Yes there are a lot of us out there..When you look at the May to Oct chart and look at our present chart I can read in similarites.Quite a bit of them.

Cobra, if today indeed closes in red, would this indicate that more likely this is the top, or at least short-term top?

Bears haven't had a meaningful gap down for weeks...I would have to go back and look, but it could be over a month.
