Small gap down or flat open, whatever gap should be filled, today shall be a small range day. I don't see anything special on Global ES other than CL (oil) Apr contract is trading at 103.45 now. The logic is simple, if you think the SPX will go to 1500 or 3000 (like a I believe), just imagine at that time how much the gas will cost you? Normally commodity rises with stocks, so at that time, you still believe oil could trade at, say, $80 a barrel? Well, if so, certianly Ben has magic power.

IWM, SPY were on the 'sell on strength' report yesterday with 1-3 yr bond funds on the 'buy on weakness'. Curious to see if they have predictive powers

good morning,
this is my 3rd friday as I say, Gaddafi in power buy Oil's dips and hold while the Dow above 11900 only in fridays. this trade hard to loss and still working... I done it for 3 weeks and I still doing it until it fails. In my aggressive account I short Dow 12240-12280 area and buy Oil and I will close both positions if I have a nice gain or at the close of friday.
by the way, Dow still in trading range and today hard to be a big up day which means I can short the range resistance.
this is not recomendation, I just post my trade here some times, it may help you to see your charts in other view.

FYI...Stocktimeing.com says..Mkt improved a bit yesterday...Internals looking better...Institutions are under Accumulation...Use caution...Todays trend is up...Do not short...Lets wait and see.

Nothing to say, so far price bar overlaps, so no clear direction. And since it's overlapping, I'll assume this is just a normal pullback.

To bad Washington doesn't actually do their jobs and get speculators out of oil/commodities so it stops being a currency....can't wait to see it used as a currency and God forbid actual supply and demand too.....what $500 oil?
