Gap up but within yesterday's range so the gap might be filled.

The rebound on Global ES is the key move because it can be seen as a revisit to the previous high, so no failure is allowed, bulls must decisively break above yesterday's high otherwise either a double top or 1-2-3 trend change will be formed, bears shall then have their very first lower low.

1267.06-1158.67=108.39; 1284.62-1202.37=84.25; 1333.47-1277.58=55.89; 1363.40-1335.92=27.48
108.39 > 84.25 > 55.89 > 27.48

1267.06-1202.37=64.69; 1284.62-1277.58=7.04; 1335.92-1333.47=2.45; 1363.81-1363.40=0.41
64.69 > 7.04 > 2.45 > 0.41

Incredible report last night Cobra. Closed shorts before close...not sure I am ready to buy the dip just yet although today is guaranteed green  . Can't believe the bullish stats on a bearish engulfing candle.

One other observation is that it appeared that most of the gaps were never filled. I am guessing today will be no different although I would love to see it.

NOT MKT RELATED:

HOLY CRAP...Andrew Breibart dies last night at age 43! He was interviewed last night on the Hugh Hewitt show.

He's the guy who has been all over this administration and helped the young guys tape ACORN's illegal doings!

There will be conspiracy talk on this one!

I think he meant the morning dippy doo in AAPL --- yes AAPL went red for all of 10 minutes. Biggest market cap in the world and it trades like a penny stock!
