Daily trend following: rips will be sold.

One day doesn't make a trend, most indicators are lagging, from now on I want to see $BPSPX turning higher to support this run up.

ES daily.

Day 8 in this base. A move up towards the top of the base. Strong candle. Not quite a marubozu, as it has shadows.

ES 60 minutes.

Strong move up, from 3925, through S1, through the Pivot, catching its breath at 3975, all the way to R1 at 4012.

ES 5 minutes.

Relatively smooth in the early morning. Choppy since the open.

ES NQ YM RTY.

Gaps up on the index futures.

ES and NQ still going strong.

YM and RTY have filled their gaps, and then moved back up.

Bulls are walking pretty today. this weekend by this much of a gain we should have all the indicators pointing up, Short term bottom should stay. it will be nice spring, regained from 38.2% all the way above 61.8% , technically speaking bulls are here to stay. have a good weekend. Peace!

Totally agree that the indicators will follow along and look good. My issue is this is built on smoke and mirrors. Someone decided to make a news event out of Fed Governor Bostic's dovish remarks made the day before. According to the evening You Tube reports money poured into same day options (dirt cheap same day options) at a strike above 4,000. That started a gamma squeeze. Today we see reports that the high beta poor prospect stuff is leading the charge higher. And why not, if you have hundreds of millions to play with and the right connections this was a great time to engineer a squeeze. It is part of what makes bear markets such a difficult thing to play.

The 4056 area is called out by darn near everyone as a key level. Guessing an obvious key level would be where a lot of stops are waiting to be taken out.
