Possible wedge top so could be a pullback here first to make a larger rising wedge (dashed line).

So far looks like an uptrend day although up is slower for such a day.

No sharp pullback in the next couple of bars then it's an uptrend day. The market is unbelievably bullish. What is going on?

The pullback probably will be bought. The uptrend day wasn't confirmed though because of this pullback.
