It's the bear's last chance here. Typically the low was in though, bears got no chances here, typically.

Not my count, but so far holding up well. After expiration dealer gamma levels will shift big time changing volatility. Also moving into buyback black out window.Last negative idea is that really big overnight gap from Fed panic rate cut.

ES daily.

Higher high than the August high.

Stuck at the July high.

Lots of sellers stopping any attempt at a breakout.

Helluva move up on Wednesday.

Pulling back a bit today.

Normal as the endless battle between the bulls and bears goes on.

Well above the EMA 20.

All around the Pivot.

Riding the EMA 20.

Down from its high of this morning.

If this is a W 2 down then it should be a zig zag. So looking for a 5 3 5 pattern with W C= W A. right now the retrace foe W B is text book at 50%. I marked the level of B which if exceeded blows this count up. This is an entertaining exercise but not overly reliable at these time scales. Hourly and daily are much better.

Swing setup:There is change in trend on this time frame, last buy failed, next rip will be sold.

Intraday; New swing low, it is bearish.

Internals: Bearish bias, today is option expiry day. Peace!

Trend line break forming a 2x top on the fast chart. Waiting for slow chart to confirm.

Small 3 push up so another slightly higher high (always give bulls the benefit of the doubt) then lower high then down.

Looks like the zig zag is holding up so far. Valid 3 wave move for wave B and this could be wave C. Text book target is a high volume node but I do like the idea of a gap close. We will see next week if this completes and we rocket up to new highs as earnings kicks off.
