Economists polled by Bloomberg had projected about 7.6 million openings for the month.

I would say Yes. All time high. But it is on a pullback candle.

Wait for a strong breakout marubozu candle like 2 days ago, or yesterday. imo.

Buy and hold? Nah. Day trade it, with target and stop.

Swing setup: this dip will be bought but we are not there yet.

Possible measured move down.
