In a range, near the range high so pull back to range low?

SPY 5 minutes.

Gap down.

Gsp filled.

SPY daily.

Helluva run up in April.

Sideways action now.

But it is tapping on the ceeiling, looking for a breakout.

Some stocks have made nice percentage gains today.

15 minute charts.

The pullback probably will be bought.

Markets and the war. ETF action today ...

10 minute charts.

SPY dipped down, and then got a nice bounce.

USO gapped up, pulled back, then moved up.

UUP is down.

Pushing hard to break above Friday AM high but the move is running out of buyers. With the CTA's putting several billion a day into the market, or at least that's what the press says, who is selling?

Fernleys today marked 1 year VLCC charter up $10,000 at 110,000 a day. Tanker stocks could be the winners out of this.

Fourth Quarter 2025 Frontline estimated their daily cash break evens for their fleet of VLCCs at $25,000. Not a recommendation. Tankers are very volatile right now.

Looking like 7,170 is the magic level for now

This bear shall have legs.

There are some people out there, who think this market is too high, as do I. Not based on the fundammentals of companies, but on economic and geopolitical situations, including war.

Third touch in a week, or second failure to break out. We have been at the lower esge of the value area (1 sigma) so many times this week it seems like big money must be using it as an entry.

Different topic. You all missed another great launch from Vandenburg by Space X. They go south in the evening so we have a great view and the last of the setting sun backlights the vapor trail. Thinking of moving to Padre Island when they start lifting off for Mars.
