Short-term: while market falling today, the black line didn't go up. So, I guess big bears aren't doing anything today.

a very strong bullish move on the horizon?... invs H&S.. prefer them at lows... but here is one. Or chop around in the red/cyan triangle. watch for that to break, or the neckline. SPX 15m

challenge the day high, key time. bull has chances. tinted area the 100% MM target. As usual I'd believe Fib 61.8% target.

sell/buy until it fails. so far it hasn't so I will keep at it.

TLT must break down below its 50 SMA before bull can move on, for now continue to fasten the seat belt.

Merriman has a turn date of March 4th for currencies...so this may affect commodities in general....
UCO looking like a potentially close to a wave completion...may bounce soon... looking at the $27.42 area....

What about $USDJPY currency pair, it is kind of showing strength and supportive of this upside
