Retail result is bad, but better than expected, they already played the game this morning for JCP.

For some reason I'm always a little wary of looking at divergences on a volatility chart.. Though these days it may now have a psychological phactor :P

bears might have lost the battle. there may still be another leg down but likely won't make a lower low.
