My summation index signal would turn up for the S&P today if yesterday's highs are broken convincingly. (Not an issue at the moment...)
I would not consider a signal today tradeable as it could be due to quarter-end window dressing.
The signal is recovering for the R2K as well, but the soonest it could turn up would be Monday.
Again, signals on the last and first day of the month are suspect without follow-through.

My composite trend indicator signal is down and has shown no improvement since the rally began. It is pinned as low as it goes.
Price rules, but internals are not recovering to any degree comparable to the price recovery.
Perhaps things will shape up as the new quarter gets underway, but it is hard for me to get bullish with the stats I am seeing.

I have been looking for a good price to top off my short, but as of now, I ain't getting it. I may have outsmarted myself.
The thesis for the position is that the down trend will continue per the above signal. I obviously have no idea what is going to happen though.
We'll just have to see how things go.

I know you mean no harm, but come on, didn't my chart say "it's for day trade only"?!

Also the very post of every thread I opened every morning said "it's for day trade only".

DAY TRADE is different than Swing Trade. You cannot use 5 min chart to call 60 min chart trend, can you?
