Checking long term SPX daily with channels and ellipses ...

February 28 high is important - a break higher and into the close is positive:

MA 390 on SPX (or SPY, ES) is helpful. Of course it can't be used solely, but together with intraday momentum indicators it makes sense.

I'm curious as to SPX bouncing back from 2352. Will the index get back/close above 2370 again?

SPX close below 2370 today suggests more weakness to come.

I've been using this chart since last year's elections. I'm not sure what will last longer: this chart or number 45 ...

Difficult to trade ES or SPY with this kind of flatness. Astounding how Bullish Percentages are not moving a bit.

These last few days have been extremely exciting ... Big Boys waiting for the results of the French elections. Whoever likes soccer and wants to see some action today: Real Madrid/Atlético Madrid is on channel Fox Sports 1, starting at 2:45 p.m. EST.

Several indicators on SPX daily log show the importance of this week's action. Difficult to assess what's going to happen, but most likely the rally is going to continue. Why? Looks like resistance is broken (2369 - not yet sure about resistance 2385) and Bullish Percentages are positive too. Unless...
