What is the "best instrument" to follow money & volume flow on $VIX or $VXO?

NDX seems to me as the weakest link today. Now at semi important support.

EDIT: that SPY is rising pretty nice, calculated over the last 18 trading days it is rising close to 100% on a yearly basis.

Did you guys notice that block trades "smallish" negative money flow yesterday for the first time in 4 trading days (selling into strength?):
