As long as the SPY doesn't break 156.27 then today would be an inside day. A break of today's highs tomorrow will have me flipping my puts into calls (at a loss) and a break of today's lows will have me doing nothing.

no update since 10am...must've been a pretty damn boring day.

bearish engulfing on the daily VIX. does that mean it's bullish too? or is that only for spy?

i see recent occurances on 104/11 and 2/16/12 and it was a gap down the next day.

Yup... inside day on all the major indeces. Tomorrow should indicate direction on a break of today's range.
