See SPX breaking it's 200-day M.A., causing a washout into 8/2 as SPX finds support at June lows. Bullish rally to follow.

I suddenly remember the 700B event back 2008 at similar level. which I learnt big lesson at that time.

My strategy would be build Long with short term OTM PUT to hedge.

Good luck to everyone!

no double bottom, continue to slide down, so no comment, not sure what the market is doing. the bigger picture, as I said a moment ago, retest the morning low is very likely not necessarily today and not necessarily lower low though. So whether this is to retest the morning low, we'll have to wait and see.

For Mid/long term, if you look at the chart from May this year.
I saw LHs and HLs, so trend is not clear. but as long as SMA200 holds on daily chart, I believe Bulls have upper hands.

X CLASS SOLAR FLARES: Sunspot 1260 has developed a delta-class magnetic field that harbors energy for powerful X-class solar flares. Such an eruption today would be Earth-directed as the sunspot turns to face our planet. X CLASS FLARES can Cause MARKET CRASHES per THE FED.

Sunspot 1260 is leading a parade of big sunspots across the solar disk--one of the finest displays of solar activity in years. Even the smallest dark cores in these sunspot groups are as wide as planets, and they are crackling with C-class flares. Readers with solar telescopes are encouraged to monitor developments.

I can not imagine many wanting to be short into the weekend. I would guess anyone that wants to liquidate longs has done so..... at this point it seems to be traders betting back and forth. Could be a huge short covering rally into the close.
