$VIX was down $VVIX was up yesterday, indecision signals. today both are down, not good for bearish, this could change today but for now not so much on bearish side.

A/D issues is lagging indicator like most of any indicators but it give me the sense of who is in control during the day. not good trading signal but among the top internals to pay attention to.

Looking back the last 3 trading days, we got negative intraday price actions in all 3 days but overnight light volume keep floating it up. some may say manipulation or outright fraud. welcome to Wall Street, it's zero sum game, just that the other guys got deeper pocket than you and I, the individual traders.
