Buy dip RSI14 <30 then reverse above 30 triggers but I did not taking this buy. no new HH it could be 2x top, for now just watch.

depends, last short trade I took the stop is 3 points. it's all depend on the chart and trend.

Sure looks like a double top and the 30 minute rule was observed.

If looking for stop loss placement the rule I was taught was 1 tick above the swing high or low regardless of which bar you enter on.
