it's interesting that you mentioned of previous sell the news in 2007 and 2011. I beg for different result this time around or they should release the news right before/after close to minimize damage.

intraday and swing positions are two animals, I post at my blog are positioning for swing only. here I would mention intraday as daytrade or scalp trade only. as I like to say all the times, know your time frame. normally I will position swing set up and counter trend intraday on my own position, I called that stress free trade. I mentioned this technique long time ago on this forum and on my blog. everyone have their own timing I normally mentioned my time frame with my post either for swing or day trade.

Thanks, Kinda new here but running to catch up. It looks like on blog swing short around 1421 spx? I had a high on my timing to come in on the 5th-6th... Wish now I'd not have chickened out the window from my longs friday at the close.
