VWAP-- This will be the third cross today. Prior two it didn't go much below. Those were at 10:30 and 11:08 EST.

Looks like SPY may close right around the VWAP. Currently ca. 191.50.

Many institutionals like to settle at that average price on days like today, where a "Fair Price" is not easy to conceptualize numerically, because robots are frollicking.

UPDATE: Nope. Huge selloff, last 5min bar.
