The strategy is first to scan strong stocks, then I hand pick those with base and breakout patterns.
In a strong market, the scan for strong stocks should yield around 400+ stocks.
296 candidates today is an OK number (this last week was 308), I just don't find any stocks with good base and breakout patterns. Also it's very strange because the broad market made a few new all time highs this week, so we should get more candidates...
