Possible double bottom, we now may have both range low and high of the day.

Comparative investments. A lot of back and fill today, countering earlier moves.

PHARMA AND TECH MAY BE HIT HARDEST, but the details haven’t been worked out yet.
Biden's plan implements a 21% minimum tax on foreign profits and a 15% minimum levy on profits reported on financial statements. [Bloomberg]
These provisions could hit tech and pharma the hardest. Matthew Gardner, a senior fellow at the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy said: “This is aiming to prevent gaming the system entirely. The party does seem like it’s over.
Legislation for Biden's plan has yet to be written... Biden's team has yet to define the income that they are going to tax.

15 Minute with Volume Profile and Bid Ask Cumulative Delta
15 Minute with Volume Profile and Bid Ask Cumulative Delta
Hard to think that weak move up from the jobs report will not be tested. Federal Government not helping with Treasury Secretary banging the drum to make Apple pay taxes and the new spending bill in trouble according to wall street. Three major blow ups of over leveraged hedge funds, and they keep getting bigger. You know the banks are tightening because it is no longer about a bonus it is about not getting shown the door like the hotshots at Credit Suisse. I think it is going to be a long summer for story stocks.

Federal Reserve is, in my opinion, no longer providing market moving news. They are floating down a river in Egypt and the bond market is running the show. The real fireworks are when the Bond Vigilantes force Powell's hand. I doubt he will make an evening network news announcement when they go to full rate curve suppression. Watch for them to go to Japan for a training class

MACD histogram is lower, market profile drop it's value, if bears don't have a follow through I don't know what will as far as overbought counter trend goes. not that I will hold anything overnight. bears action are improving atm.

4/7, earlier today
The night before the Archegos Capital story burst into public view late last month, the fund's biggest prime broker, Morgan Stanley (MS), quietly unloaded some of its risky positions to a small group of hedge funds, people with knowledge of the trades told CNBC.

Adam Mancini:
“Incredibly slow day for ES, but not surprising after what has been nothing short of a meltup for a week straight. This looks like healthy bull flagging still for another leg to 4110 later this week/next week. However, it's key 4036 holds, or we get the full pullback to 3990-4k “
[Pasta: recall that 4036 is where that gap starts]
