Wick study, 5min
On the way up, the wicks (shadows) tend to be lower, as the stock tries to go down (lower wick) and can’t
On the way down, the wicks tend to be higher, as the stock tries to go up (higher wick) and can’t
For lack of finesse I’m gong to call these “hairy bottoms” (lower wicks bullish), and “hairy tops” (higher wicks bearish)
Works best when there are multiple hairy tops/bottoms, when they try and try and try again
Cyan is WTF
This is an art, not a science
Is it perfect? No, nothing is perfect
