true fact: vodka and rum are acceptable on a low carb diet!
27 pounds off since december - back to my Army weight. Somehow though it all has moved a bit.

5 minute IWM with purple line (78 MA) being an approximation of uempel's 390 for the 1 minute. Looks to work pretty well here.

PS the 15 minute version (26 MA) also works.....

SPX 5m.. choppy / flat Fridays... still a possible bear wedge... VIX 15m has little bear flag. Is it happy hour yet?
