If the pattern is no longer valid, I may erase the target (but will usually explain).

if the pattern is only partially fulfilled, I leave the target until the next day.The pink is partially fulfilled, so no longer valid tomorrow, but I'll leave it for today.

in theory, whatever I call is no longer valid after close, but more often than not the pattern may continue the next day. For example, the GREEN, tomorrow morning, it might be fulfilled. that said, it's not always continue the next day of course, just generally, and amazingly and seems not logically, the pattern does continue the next day!

I just notice that your target get reached, if not at that moment, then later. Just like the blue down target was reached.

that cyan target only counts as partially fulfilled. the rebound from 12:30 to 1:30 is too large, so that measured move already done. later even it's 100% fulfilled, it doesn't count anymore. I personally rarely STRICTLY follow my target, so it's just for reference, therefore not important whether 100% fulfill or not. As long as direction is right, everything should be smooth.
