Ginormous sell-volume-ratio spikes like today’s (bottom panel) recently preceded a bottom by 1-3 days (except December, not on this chart, it took 4 days of selling and bouncing to bottom).
[EDIT: in every case (out of just the few examined here) there was AT LEAST one more day of lower lows]
Short to medium term: Technically the bull can survive until 203.50ish drop-dead-stop-out-gone.

The earlier volume-ratio spikes were:
July = spike was followed by 5 days of lower lows and bounces
September = spike was followed by 15 days of lower lows and bounces
December = spike was followed by 4 days of lower lows and bounces
The most recent spikes, as mentioned previously, “preceded a bottom by 1-3 days “
In all cases there was, at minimum, one lower low following the spike
In most cases there were shallow interleaving bounces
