they are differing ECN's...actually ARCA is a ATS - alternative trading system.

doesn't matter really which one you use. sometimes brokers will let you choose, as some will be more expensive then others. for people who trade large volumes or high frequencies, they choose systems that offer them more liquidity or else more efficient trading times.

Still net long. Will add if we get a downdraft into OpEx. Won't be getting too aggressive as the view remains that this is a bear market rally.
