To me everything seem ok this morning. The only problem is that your server seems running at summer time. it is one hour early.

server time has already being changed. I think it's software problem. you can go top left corner to change your user preference.

You are right. I changed following from "User Control Panel".
Board Preference:
Summer Time/DST is in effect: Yes No
