USO looks like a double top breaking down to me. Are you going to long or short?

unless 97 and more definitively 96 is taken out on /cl, i don't think you can do anything but find a place to go long oil.

For example, expectations seem to be rising. If the number disappoints or we have a
"sell the news" reaction, would that follow Cobra's pattern of open red, close green? Would it be a "pivot day"? Conversely, if the number is a blow out (not my hunch), do we open green, touch or get near the 200 on the S&P and close red— also, per Cobra's pattern?

I'm not as skilled as the other members of this board and apologize in advance if the above statements are too rudimentary OR I've misread or misinterpreted any of Cobra's patterns or theories.
rumor from yesterday says beat with comfortable cushion. this is the reason for the rally from 1230 to 1245. it is quiet now. personally i don't expect anything "unexpected".
Thanks Stike and Soku!

The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.

BullBear52x,
If you don't mind my asking,
1. What do your yellow rectangles represent?; and,
2. How are they derived/created?

Thanks
