Maybe once Ben prints up the next 2 trillion it'll say "Acme" on the paper.

Hi - 1st post here.

Some TA on Tim Horton's (TSX THI.TO) for Cobra's morning coffee:

THI.TO (Tim Horton TSX) big fib cluster at today’s low:

Oh – and a perfect EW pattern (on such a small volume stock!) algo heaven:

“JPM sees a 'weakness' “
1:07 PM ET, 08/09/2012 - MarketWatch Databased News
“”” Investors are reasonably concerned about [JPMs] escalating losses from its so-called "London whale" trade, but what about the bank's ability to assess the damage? In a regulatory filing made Thursday, the bank said the trading losses reached $5.8 billion and that legal liability from those losses could reach $5.3 billion beyond what the bank already has set aside…More troubling for investors were disclosures about the bank's inability to monitor what its traders were doing and intervene when necessary, a quality called "internal controls." J.P. Morgan said there was ‘material weakness’ in that area.

[JPM: ] ‘During the first quarter of 2012, CIO's risk management had been ineffective in dealing with the growth in the size and complexity of the portfolio during the first quarter of 2012. Among other matters, the Firm's internal review found that CIO lacked a robust risk committee structure; that CIO's risk limits were insufficiently granular and should have been reassessed…There can be no assurance that the Firm's disclosure controls and procedures will be effective in the future or that a material weakness or significant deficiency in internal control over financial reporting will not again exist.’

[the reporter continues:] Even if one considers such statements to be warnings designed by lawyers to protect the bank, they are not included lightly. Much of the bank's more than 200-page report deals with the bank's increasing liabilities from lawsuits, downgrades and regulatory actions…”””

It depends on what time frame your in........there is plenty of bearish indicators......negative divergence all over the place and

positive divergence on the VIX.......will we get one last push......probably , they are trying to milk this for all they can before the drop......

the bulls are all set up to buy on any drops......

bears are ready to just get out even.........that is how down legs work
