If we continue to observe a total lack of movement, daily SPY bbs will tighten considerably next week. Technically, its already begun, with the lower band starting its rise towards price. Its simply taking too long for anything meaningful to occur.

Yes but I wouldn't trade on it. Technicals just show what adjustments must be made by the central banks trading desks to keep the Ponzi on an even keel. Did you just see them close the S@P up, right at the bell?
