BPSPX is now at 62 - 62% of all SPX components are on a buy signal. As 61.8 is a Fib number BPSPX might be bottoming today.

Cobra, can you state on your board, that if something is posted that it should be the appropriate size to be read?

Any outperformance by the RUT would be a change of recent character, even if just for one day. Perhaps it is responding to the small ongoing retracement in the dollar...
