a little bit bigger picture, this should be a 2 legged up. The chart is for direction only, I don't mean it'd pullback right away. We're at Fib 38.2% by the way.

No Cobra, but I'm looking at the 1200/1205 area. Not sure it's today or later this week.

Asking about the cloud situation ? this is the picture
So the cloud is tough resistance? And if price slices the cloud it's up, up and away?
Not eaxactly,
here is what normaly the price do:
the thick and sloping cloud will act as strong resistance and candles inside the cloud are mostly small and undecided ... If price ignored the cloud, and closed above it, then when this first upmove finished, the target is a close below the cloud again then rally again or side way.
in short, price should close above the cloud but what I see now from the degree of the slop and the thickness of the cloud, it is clear heavy resistance. Except if price ignore it which is rare but possible

OMG we’re double topping with 11/22 at the moment.
Depending on how we close, cobra has some rules about one green day erasing three red days, etc., we’ll find out tonight...

Congrats on the new subscription service, Cobra. I'm in.
If this is a two-legged up move (1220?), then do you still think that we will move lower (<1159) over the next week or so as you suggested at the end of last week? The force of the down move was too strong for it to stop at 1159. Now we also have a very strong move to the upside which could mean it has higher to go. I know these two views are not incompatible but I wondering how today's rally may modify your views from the weekend. No need to respond now -- I'm sure you will address it in future daily outlook reports.

just an update...the EUR and Oil have been sold off pretty hard since this morning.
Oil especially, as it's been sold off for the past 7 hours straight. isn't there a rule about the market only allowing x number of red bars in a row?
