Sorry it has been at least 6 years since I followed tankers and Nat Gas. Just hasn't been a point to following Frontline for a while now.
There was an industry site that layed out rig counts week by week in a nice table. Try this- http://www.wtrg.com/rotaryrigs.html Also there was some good stuff out there on storage with prior years. The London shipping brokers used to post free stuff on charter rates. That will take some hunting.
The big deal right now is the large uptick in charters to China. When rates drop we will know they have filled their new tanks.

Yes, I am scaling in bullish through the weekend, mainly based on going into FOMC Plus next week.
