I dont really trade stocks in this kind of environment....when we see lows in 2014, I will load the boat, but right now I stick with only a few positions I can manage, but something I can take on a big bet....with stocks I will only do small bets because of the risk....

I posted quite a few charts today - but I believe the weekly is key. No close above 1448 and the market will dip.

Stochastics (14,3) divergence on 5min SPX at 1448. If it shoots up, it would mean 1448 acted as support. There was a person on the board who was looking at 1448 as the line to go long. That would be the signal.

hard to call. short-term pullback maybe, but it's really hard to say if it'd make a new low.

Yes I bought it in august for 50% gap fill (met) and was looking for falling wedge to buy back...FW is now negated

The day before RIMM bottomed, there was bad news somewhere. It was something like Europe is no longer accommodating RIMM. I forgot exactly what it was. It was like the good news of QE3 that came one day before the high, which hasn't been busted.

Maybe this bad news is what bottoms HPQ and AMD.

I miss most of the trading today, got unexpected visitors in town. 3 reversal day in a roll, nightly red, strong morning, weak at close. how long will they keep doing this? intraday sell to continue me thinks.

Actually I was looking for LT term bottom in this thing will wait a bit but this could be capitulation or very close to (if my infos are correct big guys are buying this stock "heavily") good divi and not bad corporation...this stock is staying on my watchlist
