Am back now: internals here: All I can see is bear

This is 5min internals with both NYADV and NYDEC behind SPY. I’ve consolidated the bull and bear view into one SPY chart (stockcharts only allows 6 symbols on one chart; I had to give up bonds here… anyone know a back-door to stockcharts to get more than 6 symbols?).
Appreciate feedback from anyone who follows internals, especially on which “view” is most helpful (I don’t have a preference, I use 1 min, just trying to make the lines more obvious here).

I think i posted earlier that US is following DAX so i feel its almost impossible at this point to close green.You would think we have small bounce tomorrow but momentum is really pulling market down

most likely not today. because we see 10:00 sharp rebound already which doesn't look like a wash out as it's too early.

normally, the day would like this: sharp gap down break deep below 08/09 lows, then keep falling until noon, then slow recover until the close. then we'd know that probably the low was in. The rebound from that day would at least 2 legged. Up 6 of 7 days first, then a day or 2 sharp pullback to scare everybody then the 2nd leg up. something like that. well, NORMALLY.

Sold my QQQ Nov puts earlier. 15% short S&P 10% long HGU (gold stocks). 1104 was the LOD on SPX, kind of a weird place to bottom out so I don't think we're done the down draft. Everybody is looking at buying at 1100 too so I don't think we'll bottom anywhere around here.

L1 on EMA20, shouldn't be a good short setup although it's rare the low was in for today, got to revisit the low sometimes later, just I have no feeling that the rebound is over, could be 2 legged...
