Notice the NYA has not made new highs along with the other indexes..The institutional investors chart is still struggling to break the triple top..Did not move up much yesterday like I thought it would. Today the trin is low and may want the go back over 1.00..Looking to shed some green exposer today..May DT only today..The NYA is bothersome.
