Dow first important level

--Should push thru this minor resistance. Normally when NYSE A/D is rising intraday, and near its HOD, the SPY and DIAs push thru to the next level, esp. early in the day.

Anyone thinks a small pullback might be due? To form a better base?

Large volume (ca. 500,000 shares) "phantom bar" or dark pool sell on TDAmeritrade chart a moment ago, on QQQ, took it down to 76.70

I just saw this post. With sincere respect, it may be a tad early to call this a double top. Note that GDX also had high of $30.96 on May 9th, so I liken this to Cobra saying 3rd assault on a high has better odds of breakthrough. For what it's worth, my $$ (in NUGT) is still long, b/c this time gold has been going up and there is a better base for a rise. Today's action looks very similar to Friday on GDX--big move early and then consolidation. If a double top, I think will lose the consolidation very soon.

Clear support and resistance lines are some of the few "objective realities" in financial markets. Most everything else is just probabilities.

outa 1/2 my calls in iwm and spy, still looking to stay a bit long next day or so...

I/T agree with Bach fan that its all mixed and L/T topping process is ongoing,

chance for new highs but internals and breadth will likely fail on the upside.
