For now the NYA has held Dec Support..One thing for the bears they want to see a red Jan. and this may set up a bearish year.( Per Stock Traders Almanac ) For now the Bears may keep the mkt in a range thru Fri and then Feb 1,2 have a rally to test the Hi. IMO but lets see. Still holding long and short.

If I was forced to testify in front of a congressional committee, I'd say SPY was in the process of 5 waves down to its 200 dma over the course of a month. Wave 1 down ended and were in wave 2 up which could be just sideways chop for a few days.
